Vote Tripler Recruitment Process

  1. Uploading Contacts:
    Our ambassadors start by uploading their contacts into our platform.
  2. Verifying Information:
    We use a service called Trestle to verify the real information of these contacts. This step ensures that we have accurate and up-to-date data.
  3. Matching Infrequent Voters:
    We match the uploaded contacts with data on individuals who are not frequent voters in their city. This matching process helps ambassadors identify who they need to reach out to and encourage them to vote.
  4. Outreach:
    With this targeted information, ambassadors can effectively reach out to these individuals, helping them with voting plans and ensuring their voices are heard in the election process.

Non-Voting Challenge

  1. Identifying Potential Participants:
    For non-voting challenges, we focus on contacts who typically do not vote. Our platform highlights these individuals, enabling ambassadors to encourage them to participate in other civic activities.
  2. Library Card Initiative:
    One of the key activities is the Library Card Challenge. Ambassadors encourage non-voters to obtain a library card, providing a tangible benefit and a positive first step toward civic engagement.
  3. Transitioning to Voter Engagement:
    The Library Card Challenge serves as an introductory engagement. After obtaining a library card, ambassadors can upsell the idea of registering to vote and creating a voting plan, gradually moving them towards more active participation in the community.

Geographic-Specific Challenges

Our platform also supports challenges tailored to specific geographic areas. If an organization sets up these challenges, ambassadors can only share them with contacts residing within that particular geography. This ensures the efforts are relevant and impactful, targeting the right audience for localized initiatives.
